What does your business offer?
I am a visual creative with 5 years of experience. I’m able to offer a variety of video, photo, and writing services that can range from taking graduation photos to creating a 20-second promotional video for your business. For businesses and companies who are looking to create and publish any content that I’m able to provide for them, I also work directly with a social media management agency, Fractal House Management, which specializes in helping create a strong and consistent online presence that enhances the ‘Social Proof’ of your business.

Where are you located?
Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Who picks the songs?
Due to licensing constraints, we can’t choose any song available in the world. Instead, we have to purchase the rights to use the song in a highlight film. It would be difficult to license popular music so instead, we use a library of licensed songs that we can legally use in the films. We will choose the song based on the vibe, mood, and flow of your project. The music will dictate the way the film is edited.

How long before I receive my pictures?
The turnaround period for delivering media varies. A portrait session can range between 7-10 business days. The deliverable time frame is usually dictated by the scope of the project. This depends on the amount of content captured at the shoot and the amount of edited deliverables as each photo is carefully selected and edited for the finished product. Fewer deliverables usually lean to the shorter side and a more in-depth, larger project leans to the longer side. Of course we can also offer final deliverables even faster with an extra rush delivery fee applied to the order.

Can I hire you for both video and photo?
Absolutely. Depending on the size of the job, there may need to be a second shooter added on to the price.

How much of a retainer fee/deposit is required?
A non-refundable 25% deposit fee is required to lock in the date on the calendar. On the day of the shoot, an additional 25% is required. The remaining 50% balance is due before the final deliverables are sent to the client. 

Could you travel and shoot my event even though I live outside of Gwinnett?
Yes. Depending on the distance, past 90 minutes, a traveling fee will be added onto your invoice.

How will I receive the files?
You will receive the edited files via WeTransfer, which is an easy + free email service, or Google Drive. You then can send them to print, forward to your friends + family, and post online. WeTransfer download links do expire after 7 days, so be sure to download your images asap! Make sure to save + backup your images. I clean out my client files every few months and cannot guarantee that I will back up the images for you.

Do I get to select the images?
Part of my job is making the image selects and choosing the most flattering photographs. The images I do not deliver are either repeats, blurry, or out of focus, shots of you blinking or mid-sentence speaking. I have no reason to withhold any images if there are additional ones, I think you would enjoy them.

If I already have the footage, could you just edit it for me?
Yes. And vice versa, if you need me to only shoot footage for someone to edit that’s also fine.

Can you write something other than film scripts?
Luckily, yes. That being said, please note that I am a Content writer and Not a Copywriter.

How do you accept payment?
Through CashApp, Zelle, or cold hard Cash. If you want to use PayPal, you MUST pay through Friends and Family.

What if I don’t want to continue with my project?
You have the right to suspend services at any point during the course of the project. However the deposit fee is non-refundable/non-transferable.
